Adam
has been coaching triathletes and runners since 1996.
Living in Saint Charles, Illinois, Adam is a USAT
certified coach. Earning All American status, Adam
has completed over 100 triathlons. Adam decided to
start competing in triathlons after he was able to
lose over 70 pounds. Since then, he has completed
several international, half and Ironman distance races.
Currently Adam coaches athletes of all levels of abilities.
He has a unique ability to relate to all levels of
performance, to include placing athletes in the top
20 overall at major Ironman races. He also coaches
Master's Swimming at Delnor Community Health and Wellness
Center in Geneva, IL.

coached personally by Wes, also knows how to make a
workout schedule fit into everyday life. To do this,
you have to maintain a close relationship with your
clients. Adam is highly accessible through email transactions
and is able to modify when work, family or travel situations
arise. Most importantly, Adam has a genuine love and
compassion for the sport of triathlon. His enthusiasm,
dedication and ability to lead by example are a major
motivator for his athletes. Start-up fee of $250 and
$350 per month. |
